I just got extension tubes for my lens so I can try macro photography... had no idea that it was difficult to use extension tubes (cos it didn't have focus, had to go near and/or far from the subject to focus). It was hard and takes a lot of getting used to. But yeah, real happy with it! Very affordable! P1,000 (compared to the price of a macro lens) for the tubes! Real cool. Here are my macro shots!

 | knjo wrote on May 2, edited on May 2 hi, karl! thaaanks! i know, really?? ok, i need all the tips i can get! i'm having a hard time focusing. hahaha! manual et? wat's et? hehehehe! =P ET= Extension Tubes. tehehe...
Generic ET's will reset to default "00" on opening reading, this is because it doesn't detect any electronic connections. Compensating with shutterspeed will do the trick, however, on technical shots this will only give you a cloudy parts on the subject, blasting with flash will also help but make sure it is on low setting. Hope that helps! Ü
I made a thread on PiPho title "how close..." macro section, there you might find what you need, I included lens experiments and outputs too... Also try reverse lens method. Ü |
 | thaaaanks, karl! i'l check your thread out =D |
